Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation aimed at curing the disease
- People whose lung cancer has a specific genetic change called an ALK rearrangement, confirmed by laboratory testing
- People who are already enrolled in a related study called EXPLORE ALK
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who are currently receiving a first-line treatment with a newer type of ALK-blocking medication

- People who are enrolled in the French National Health Insurance program or covered by an equivalent third-party payer
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not wish to take part in the Bioexalk study
