Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 14 to 23 years old, either male or female
- Athletes who have competed in endurance sports at a national or international level for at least 2 years, in sports such as triathlon, cycling, distance running (races of 1500 metres or longer), rowing, or swimming
- People who are not athletes and do any physical activity for less than 3 hours per week
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a past or current history of heart or cardiovascular disease
- People who currently smoke or have smoked in the past
- People who have diabetes
