  • You have had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery in the past
  • You have a serious medical condition that may limit your life expectancy to less than one year
  • You are expected to start dialysis or receive a kidney transplant within the next 6 months
  • The study team believes there are factors that would make it hard for you to stick with the study program
  • You are currently pregnant or incarcerated
  • You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a drug or medical device
  • You are not able to give informed consent to participate
  • You have been hospitalised or had a major medical procedure in the last 60 days
  • You have a known or suspected allergy to a type of medical adhesive film called Tegaderm
  • You have used a type of medication called a GLP-1 receptor agonist (such as certain diabetes or weight-loss injections) within the past 30 days
  • You have been diagnosed with the most severe level of heart failure (Class IV on the NYHA scale)
  • You use supplemental (extra) oxygen during the daytime
  • You have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic cancer)
  • You currently use a mobility aid (such as a cane, walker, or wheelchair)
  • Someone in your household is already enrolled in this study
