Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing to participate and sign a written consent form
- People who have previously been diagnosed with breast cancer (confirmed by laboratory tissue testing) and received full surgical treatment, followed by chemotherapy and then radiation therapy
- People whose breast cancer has not spread to distant parts of the body, and who do not have cancer that has returned only in the neck lymph nodes
- People who do not have a second, unrelated cancer in another part of the body
- People aged 18 to 70 years old (men and women are both eligible)

- People whose chest scans (CT scans) taken before and after radiation therapy showed no signs of acute radiation-related lung injury
Who may not be able to join:
- People with certain lung conditions, including severe chronic breathing problems, large air pockets in the lungs (bullous lung disease), active or ongoing lung infections, poorly controlled asthma, or an untreated collapsed lung — these are considered safety concerns for the oxygen treatment used in this trial
- People with a history of ear surgery, middle ear problems (such as issues with the tube connecting the ear and throat, or recurring dizziness), or certain eye conditions such as retinal detachment
- People who have previously received hyperbaric oxygen therapy (a treatment involving breathing pure oxygen in a pressurised chamber)
- People who had radiation-related lung inflammation (radiation pneumonia) at the time of joining or before the study treatment begins
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who did not complete their full breast cancer treatment — for example, due to their disease getting worse, side effects they could not tolerate, or choosing to stop treatment
- People who require a machine to help them breathe
- People who are unable to follow or understand simple instructions
- People who are confused about where they are or when they are, or who have a diagnosed mental health disorder
