- You have been diagnosed with a rare inherited inflammatory disease, confirmed by both your symptoms and a genetic test
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following specific inflammatory conditions: Familial Mediterranean Fever, Behçet's disease, Still's disease, PFAPA syndrome, Schnitzler's disease, or CRMO (chronic recurring bone inflammation), based on recognised medical diagnostic guidelines

- You have been diagnosed with spondyloarthritis (a type of inflammatory arthritis, often affecting the spine and joints), confirmed using recognised diagnostic criteria
- You have been diagnosed with Castleman disease (a rare condition involving abnormal growth of cells in the lymph nodes)
