Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), or a radiologically isolated syndrome (RIS)
- You have been diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with a condition related to MOG (myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein), such as inflammation of the brain, optic neuritis, or a related disease (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with another neurological condition not listed above
- You are a healthy volunteer with no relevant diagnosis
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You may not be able to have the MRI part of the study if you have metal implants, metal fragments in your body, claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces), a pacemaker, or an artificial heart valve that is not compatible with MRI
- You may not be able to have the MRI part of the study if you are pregnant (though your general health information may still be recorded)
- You may not be able to have the eye-scanning part of the study if you have had eye surgery in the last two months
- You may not be able to have the eye-scanning part of the study if you have a strong glasses or contact lens prescription (±6 diopters or more), or an eye condition such as macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, or glaucoma
