Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between 21 and 40 years of age
- People with a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 40 (a measure of body weight relative to height)

- People who have taken oral steroid medication in the past month (such as Prednisolone, Prednisone, Dexamethasone, or similar medicines)
- People who have used oral contraceptives, implanted contraception, or an intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD/coil) in the past month
- People who have used fertility medications in the past month, with the exception of Clomiphene or Letrozole (confirm with trial site)
- People who have taken medication for HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C in the past month
