Who might be able to join this trial:

- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who could become pregnant and are not using an acceptable form of birth control (including abstinence) during the study
- People whose kidneys are not filtering blood efficiently enough, or who have a certain level of protein in their urine that may indicate kidney stress (confirm with trial site for exact values)
- People with liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT) more than three times the accepted upper normal range
- People with anaemia — defined as a low red blood cell level below a certain threshold for both men and women (confirm with trial site)
- People who are unable to exercise on a treadmill

Change in MRproANP levels following a standardized oral glucose challenge between the high genotype group and low genotype group.; Change in Exercise Energy Expenditure between the high genotype and low genotype group.; Change in miR-425 levels following a standardized oral glucose challenge in those with low ANP genotype.; Change in miR-425 levels following a standardized exercise challenge in those with low ANP genotype.
