Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older.
- People who are enrolled in the bariatric (weight loss) surgery program at UCLH, Homerton, or Whittington Hospitals, with a BMI over 30 kg/m².
- People whose body weight has stayed within 5% of the same level over the past 3 months (meaning their weight has been fairly stable).

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who weigh more than 180 kg, due to limits on the equipment used in the trial.
