Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women aged 18 or older
- Women with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above (this is the medical measure used to classify obesity)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding

- People currently taking antidepressants, antipsychotic medications, or benzodiazepines (a type of medication used for anxiety or sleep)
- People who have used steroid-based medications (such as cortisone, either by tablet, injection, or other forms) within the last 6 months
- People currently using anti-inflammatory medications or antibiotics
- People who work shift work (rotating or non-standard work hours)
