  • You are a Veteran with a main diagnosis of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), either on its own or alongside Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and you receive care at one of the participating VA medical centers or telehealth hubs (located in Texas, South Carolina, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, New Jersey, New York, northern Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or Virginia)
  • You are willing to take part in a type of therapy called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which involves gradually facing fears and resisting certain responses (confirm with trial site for full details)

Who may not be able to join:

  • People with significant memory or thinking problems, or certain conditions that could affect safety, such as current psychosis, mania, an immediate risk of suicide with a plan or intent, or moderate to severe substance use that could interfere with treatment
  • People who take psychiatric medications but have not been on a stable, unchanged dose for at least 6 weeks before joining the study
