Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who are able to give written consent to participate
- People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with no or minimal limitations (as measured by a standard cancer health scale called ECOG, with a score of 0 or 1)
- People diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at certain stages, where the cancer has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body, and where a complete surgical removal of the tumour is planned
- People whose tumour is at least 1 cm in size and has at least some solid areas visible on a scan
- People whose removed tumour tissue can be preserved and provided in a standard laboratory format for specialised cancer DNA testing
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already received radiation therapy, surgery, or chemotherapy for their current lung cancer diagnosis
- People whose surgery does not result in complete removal of the tumour
- People who are currently enrolled in another clinical trial that involves a drug or radiation treatment (participation in observational studies or studies of new surgical methods is allowed)
- People who currently have another active cancer, or who have had another invasive cancer within the past 2 years (certain non-invasive or early-stage cancers that have been surgically treated, such as some skin cancers, early prostate cancer, cervical carcinoma in situ, or early-stage breast cancer, may not be excluded — confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant
