Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose kidneys are not functioning well enough (based on a blood test result called eGFR being below a certain level)
- People with liver or gallbladder disease (based on liver blood test results being too high)

- People with calcium levels in the blood that are too low or too high
- People with low vitamin D levels in the blood

- People with low red blood cell levels (anaemia), based on blood test results falling below a set level for women or men
- People who have had a bone fracture in the past 6 months
- People who currently have COVID-19 or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (people who have recovered and have been cleared to return to exercise by their doctor may be eligible to participate)
