Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have recently been diagnosed with a brain lesion that imaging suggests is glioblastoma multiforme (a type of brain tumour), where the scan was taken no more than 28 days before enrolling.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan for medical reasons.
- People who have had previous brain surgery.
- People with a prior history of cancer or cancer treatment.
- People who have had blood clotting problems within the 14 days before enrolling, including certain abnormal blood test results or low platelet counts.
- People who have any physical defect in the skull.
- People who have iron-containing metal in the scalp or skull.
- People who have a scalp or skin condition that would prevent proper contact with an ultrasound device.
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial where a treatment is given before surgery.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to a substance called polyethylene glycol.
- People with a known unstable heart or lung condition, such as a recent heart attack, unstable heart failure, or serious heart rhythm problems.
