Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who identify as Black or African American
- People who are overweight, meaning a Body Mass Index (BMI) above 24 (a measure of body weight relative to height)

- People who are unable to walk one block without stopping or needing help due to chest pain, tightness, or pressure
- People who have had heart failure
- People who are not willing to use a fitness tracker, a wi-fi connected scale, and the internet
- People who are not available on one evening per week to attend a class
