- You have been diagnosed with medulloblastoma (a type of brain tumour) or Hodgkin/non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (types of blood cancer), and your radiation therapy treatment has not yet started, where the radiation would include the area around your thyroid gland (a gland in your neck)
- You have not previously been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism), whether caused by your illness or another reason
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study before any study-related tests or data collection begin

- You have already completed radiation therapy treatment that included the area around your thyroid gland
- You are not willing or able to sign the consent form to take part in the study
