Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been newly diagnosed with a specific type of aggressive brain tumour called glioblastoma (WHO grade 4, IDH-1 R132H wild type)
- People who have had surgery that removed at least 70% of the tumour

- People who have another cancer that has spread or a second cancer that could affect how the study results are interpreted
- People who are receiving any additional treatments for glioblastoma beyond the standard course of temozolomide and radiotherapy followed by up to 6 cycles of adjuvant temozolomide (confirm with trial site for specific details)
- People who are unable to provide stool (bowel) samples for the study
- People who have any other diagnosis or medical or psychological condition that the trial investigator considers would make participation unsuitable
