Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have a history of experiencing multiple traumatic events during childhood
- People whose psychiatric medication has not been at a stable dose for at least the past 4 weeks
- People who score below 26 on a cognitive screening test called the MoCA (confirm with trial site)
- People for whom a specific type of therapy called prolonged exposure therapy is medically unsuitable
