Who might be able to join this trial:
- The participant, or a legally authorised representative on their behalf, must be able to understand the study and be willing to sign a written consent form
- People diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer that has spread)
- People who have not previously received immunotherapy treatment
- People aged 18 years or older, of any gender

- People whose treating doctor has already planned for them to receive standard immunotherapy treatment (a type of treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer), which may include one or two types of these medicines
- People with adequately functioning organs, as determined by their treating doctor using standard assessments
- Women who could become pregnant, and men whose partners could become pregnant, who agree to use contraception or abstain from sexual activity as required by the immunotherapy medicines being used
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently incarcerated
- People who, in the investigator's judgement, are not able to make their own medical decisions, cannot communicate, or are unlikely to follow the study requirements
