  • Having a history of a more aggressive type of bladder cancer — such as carcinoma in situ (CIS), high-grade bladder cancer, or muscle-invasive bladder cancer — unless a later low-grade recurrence has since occurred
  • Having a positive urine cell test (cytology) within the past 3 months (confirm with trial site, as this test may not be required for all patients)
  • Being pregnant
