Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older, of any sex
- People whose overall health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated as good or fully active (rated 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale)
- People who have been confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples to have small cell lung cancer (SCLC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), or kidney cancer (RCC)
- People who have at least one tumour that can be measured using standard imaging criteria
- People who are expected to live for at least 3 months
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a serious wound, ulcer, or bone fracture that has not been healing
- People who have had a major surgical procedure within the last 28 days, or a minor surgical procedure within the last 7 days before starting treatment
- People who have active bleeding, a known bleeding disorder, a condition affecting blood clotting, or a tumour that involves major blood vessels
- People who have significant heart or cardiovascular conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, a heart attack or unstable chest pain within the past 6 months, moderate or severe heart failure, a serious heart rhythm problem requiring medication, or moderate or severe circulation problems in the limbs
- People who have coughed up blood within the 3 months before joining
- People who are taking certain medications that strongly affect how the body processes particular drugs (known as strong CYP3A4, CYP2C9, or CYP2C19 inhibitors or inducers) within 14 days before joining or during the study, unless required for a life-threatening medical emergency (confirm with trial site)
