Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with a relatively good level of physical functioning, as measured by a standard medical scoring tool called the Karnofsky scale (confirm with trial site)
• People who have been diagnosed with, or have a recurrence of, a type of brain tumour called glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), confirmed by MRI scans, where the tumour is located in the main part of the brain but has not spread down the spinal cord
• People who have previously had surgery or a biopsy to remove or sample the brain tumour at the time of their first diagnosis
• People who have previously received at least a certain dose of radiation therapy combined with a chemotherapy drug called temozolomide
• People who have not previously been treated with anti-blood-vessel-growth medications such as bevacizumab
• Women of childbearing age who are willing to avoid heterosexual activity or use two effective forms of contraception from the time of signing consent until six months after finishing the study treatment
• Men with female partners who have either had a vasectomy or agree to use effective contraception from the first dose of study treatment until three months after the last cell infusion
• People who are willing and able to follow all the study procedures, as assessed by the trial doctor

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have, or previously had, another type of cancer whose history or treatment could affect the safety or results of this trial
• People who currently have an active infection with HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C, or who test positive for certain related viruses or markers in their blood
• People who cannot receive MRI contrast dye, or who cannot have MRI scans due to having implanted devices that are not compatible with MRI machines
• People who have previously received a type of treatment called CAR T-cell therapy for glioblastoma
• People whose disease has spread to the brainstem, cerebellum, or spinal cord
• People who have previously had carmustine wafers implanted or received a type of internal radiation treatment called brachytherapy for their brain tumour
