Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with stage III or IV melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer, or other solid tumours (confirmed by tissue testing) where existing treatments have stopped working or no standard treatment is available.
  • People who have tumour(s) large enough (greater than 1.5 cm³) that can be surgically removed or biopsied, with remaining measurable disease after removal, so that immune cells can be collected and treatment response can be tracked.

  • People whose liver function blood test results fall within the ranges set by the trial (confirm specific values with trial site).

  • People whose heart pumping function (measured as left ventricular ejection fraction) is at least 50%.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People with active autoimmune diseases or a history of autoimmune diseases.
  • People with serious liver, kidney, or heart problems, or problems with blood clotting or blood cell production.
  • People with a severe or ongoing infection that cannot be adequately controlled.
  • People whose cancer has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain and spinal cord.
  • People with uncontrolled fluid build-up around the lungs, heart, or in the abdomen that requires repeated draining.
  • People who need ongoing steroid medication taken throughout the body (systemic steroids).
  • People who test positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis.
