You must have previously taken part in one of two specific HPV vaccine studies (either the study at Yangchun CDC with reference number 4-HPV-3001, or the bridging study at Mianyang CDC with reference number 4-HPV-3002), completed the full course of vaccine doses, and had a blood sample taken at the 7-month mark.
If you are between 9 and 17 years old (Mianyang site), you and your parent or legal guardian must be able to provide valid legal identification; if you are 18 or older, you must be able to provide your own valid legal identification.
