Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 50 years of age or older
- People who had a confirmed positive COVID-19 test around the time they were diagnosed, and who are experiencing ongoing (Long-COVID) symptoms or have recovered from COVID-19
- People who are between 3 and 12 months past their initial COVID-19 diagnosis
- People who are able to read and sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a body mass index (a measure of weight relative to height) above 45
- People with certain serious or unstable health conditions, including heart artery disease, circulation problems in the legs, a stroke in the last 12 months, severe lung disease, blood pressure that is not controlled, kidney disease requiring dialysis, severely reduced kidney function, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia (confirm with trial site for full details)
- People with physical limitations affecting their joints or movement that would prevent them from doing exercise
- People who currently smoke, or who stopped smoking within the last 10 years
- People who are already taking a supplement called Mito-Q, or who are unwilling to stop taking dietary supplements for the duration of the trial
- People with any other condition or circumstance that the trial doctors consider a reason not to participate
