Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 40 years of age or older
- Your ability to do physical activities has been measured as lower than expected for your age (using a specific questionnaire called the DASI)
- You have previously had COVID-19 (the trial will note whether you were admitted to hospital for it)

- You have a known significant heart valve problem, or a history of heart failure that significantly limits your daily activities (confirm with trial site)
- You have a condition (including cancer or pregnancy) where your life expectancy is less than 12 months, or any other medical condition that the lead researchers feel makes it unsuitable for you to join the trial
