Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a cancerous condition, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples
- People who have between 4 and 15 suspected brain lesions (abnormal areas) visible on MRI scans
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- Women who could become pregnant, and men, must be using adequate contraception
- People who are able to understand what taking part in the trial involves and what it means for them personally

- People who do not wish to take part in the study
- People who are unable to tolerate the type of radiation treatment used in this trial
- People whose primary (original) cancer is small-cell lung cancer or lymphoma
- People who have more than 15 suspected brain lesions visible on MRI scans
- People who have a condition called leptomeningeal disease, where cancer has spread to the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord
- People who have previously had radiation treatment to the brain
- People who have not yet recovered from serious side effects caused by earlier cancer treatments
- Women who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial, or are still within an observation period from a previous trial
- People who cannot safely have an MRI scan, for example due to having a pacemaker, an implanted heart device, certain types of heart valve replacements, or certain metal implants in the body
