Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called Glioblastoma (GBM, WHO grade 4), confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy or surgery)

- You have had a heart attack or severe chest pain (unstable angina) within the past 6 months
- You have had a stroke or a mini-stroke (transient ischemic attack) within the past 6 months
