Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You agree to participate by signing and dating an online consent form
- You have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis (PF) or a related lung scarring disease (ILD), including if you have had a lung transplant; OR you are currently or have previously cared for someone with PF or ILD; OR you are a close family member (parent, sibling, or child) of someone with PF or ILD

- You currently live or receive your primary care outside of the United States
- You are unwilling or unable to agree to the study requirements or provide consent to participate
- You have been diagnosed with any of the following specific lung conditions: sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM), pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP), cystic fibrosis (CF), or amyloidosis — and this also applies to caregivers or family members connected to someone with these conditions
- You have any other condition or circumstance that the study doctor feels could put you at risk or affect the study results (confirm with trial site)
