Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis
- People aged between 15 and 30 years old
- People who are able to give consent and have signed a consent form (for those under 18, a parent or guardian must also give consent)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have started taking or had their dose increased of antipsychotic, antidepressant, or mood-stabilising medication in the last month
- People whose first language is not French
- People whose psychotic episode is caused by an underlying physical or medical condition
- People whose psychotic episode was triggered by the use of, or withdrawal from, substances where there is a serious dependency
- People with an intellectual disability
- People with a long-term inflammatory disease
- People currently taking medication that affects the immune system
- People for whom an MRI scan is not medically safe (confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are under legal protection orders, guardianship, or who are not free to make their own legal decisions
