Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been confirmed by biopsy or tissue sample to have metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer that has spread), including either of its main subtypes
- People whose doctor has chosen to treat their cancer with immunotherapy (either on its own or combined with chemotherapy) as the first treatment for their metastatic disease, in line with current medical guidelines

- People who are expected to live for at least 6 months

- People under 18 years of age
- People who are unable to sign a consent form
- People who are already on, or require, artificial feeding (meaning their body cannot take in food on its own at all), or who are unable or unwilling to take oral nutritional supplements
