Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with bladder cancer confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples
- People whose cancer has not spread to distant parts of the body (M0 stage)
- People who are reasonably active and able to care for themselves, with limited restrictions on daily activity (based on a standard medical performance scale score of 2 or below)

- People with serious heart conditions that are not well controlled, signs of heart failure, or irregular heart rhythms that need treatment
- People who have a cardiac pacemaker
- People who have had a heart attack within the past 12 months
- People with congestive heart failure (a condition where the heart does not pump blood effectively)
- People with a complete bundle branch block (a specific type of electrical problem in the heart)
- People with a heart condition classified as severe by the New York Heart Association (Class III or IV)
- People with any condition that would prevent them from safely receiving the surgical procedure, combined chemotherapy and radiation treatment, or deep heat therapy used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
- People who have metal implants longer than 2cm, or dense groupings of surgical marker clips in the pelvic area
- People with active bladder infections or bladder infections that have not responded to treatment
- People with a pre-existing or concurrent immune deficiency condition
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are not willing to use effective contraception during treatment and for up to 6 months after treatment ends
