Who might be able to join this trial:

Group 1 – Healthy Volunteers:

• People aged 2 years or older, male or female
• People who are generally in good health based on their medical history

Group 2 – People with Certain Health Conditions:

• People who weigh more than 200 kg, due to the weight limit of the equipment used in the study

• People who have moderate to severe difficulty with movement or mobility that would prevent them from taking part
• People whose blood haemoglobin level is below 10 g/dL, if they would be having blood drawn for research purposes
• People who have food allergies, intolerances, or eating patterns that would prevent them from eating the specially prepared meals used in the study
• People who are unwilling or unable to give informed consent
• People with significant physical, medical, or psychiatric conditions that the study doctor determines would prevent them from completing most of the study tests (confirm with trial site)
