Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to understand and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to participate in the study.
- People who have been diagnosed with a cancer — whether localised, spread to nearby areas, or spread to other parts of the body — for whom radiation therapy has been recommended.

- People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- People who have a known psychiatric condition or substance use disorder that could affect their ability to participate in the study or attend follow-up visits.
- People who are unable to lie still and flat on their back for the planning and treatment sessions.
- For people receiving BgRT only: People who have a known allergy to the radioactive tracer FDG.
