Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a typical brain meningioma (a type of brain tumour) confirmed by imaging scan, showing specific characteristics such as uniform contrast uptake or attachment to the brain's protective lining
- People whose tumour requires treatment because it has been growing, causing symptoms, or both
- People whose tumour is located in an area where its blood supply is likely to come from a specific artery called the middle meningeal artery

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to give informed consent, for example due to language barriers, speech difficulties, or cognitive impairment

- People who have brain swelling related to the tumour
- People who have a genetic condition called Neurofibromatosis type 2
- People who have a cancer affecting other parts of the body
- People who have epilepsy
- People who have a progressive neurological condition such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease
- People who have a history of a psychiatric disorder
- People considered unsuitable for participation for any other reason, as determined by the treating doctor
- People for whom MRI scans are not safe or suitable
- People who are allergic to contrast agents (dyes used in medical imaging)
- People whose blood vessel anatomy, as seen on a CT scan, suggests that endovascular (keyhole vascular) treatment may carry increased risks — for example due to tortuous or narrowed arteries, or other vessel variations (confirm with trial site)
- People whose imaging results show that the tumour's blood supply comes mainly from arteries other than the middle meningeal artery
