Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS)
- People between 18 and 75 years of age
- People whose MS-related walking ability falls within a specific range — this means people who use a cane, crutch, walker, or support to walk some or all of the time, up to and including people whose main way of getting around is a wheelchair or scooter, as long as sitting in a wheelchair for more than one hour is still possible
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to sit in a wheelchair for more than one hour
- People whose MS has little or no impact on walking — for example, those who can generally walk without a cane or other aid, even if some activities have become harder
- People with moderate to severe problems with memory or thinking, as measured by a specific mental status test (confirm with trial site for exact scoring details)
- People with a history of blood clots in the veins or lungs, poor circulation in the limbs, or conditions that affect blood clotting
- People with very high blood pressure (systolic 180 mmHg or higher, or diastolic 110 mmHg or higher)
- People with other health conditions or pain that significantly affect physical function or would make it unsafe to take part in a rehabilitation program, as assessed by a neurologist or physiotherapist

- People who have had an MS relapse or a change to their MS medication in the month before enrolling
