Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your cancer must have measurable tumors that can be tracked on scans, following a standard measurement system called RECIST 1.1 (even in areas that were previously treated with radiation, if the tumor has grown there).
- You must have one of these cancers that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments, and is still growing: clear cell kidney cancer (ccRCC), papillary kidney cancer (pRCC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), or colorectal cancer (CRC).
- You must be in generally good physical condition, able to carry out normal daily activities with little or no limitation (rated 0 or 1 on a standard health scale).
- A sample of your tumor tissue must be available for testing, either as slides or a stored tissue block.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously been treated with an experimental therapy that targets a protein called ENPP3/CD203c.
- You have had a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction to a type of drug called a monoclonal antibody.
- You have received cancer treatment too recently before starting the trial (within a timeframe based on how long the previous treatment stays active in your body).
- You have not yet recovered from significant side effects caused by a previous cancer treatment.
- You currently have active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain — though people whose brain metastases were previously treated and are now stable on scans may still be eligible (confirm with trial site).
- You have an active autoimmune disease, with some exceptions — certain manageable conditions like vitiligo, type 1 diabetes, thyroid conditions treated with hormone replacement, mild skin conditions not requiring systemic treatment, or mild arthritis managed without systemic medicines may still be allowed (confirm with trial site).
- You have had a serious infection requiring intravenous (IV) antibiotics or other IV treatments within the 14 days before starting the trial.
- You have another cancer that is currently growing or has required active treatment within the last 2 years.
