Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been newly diagnosed with glioblastoma (a type of brain tumour) based on the 2021 World Health Organization classification

  • People who have a history of another cancer, unless it was: cervical carcinoma in situ (a very early-stage cervical condition), a non-melanoma skin cancer that was fully removed, or a cancer with no signs of return for 5 years or more
  • People who have a serious active infection or other significant underlying health conditions
  • People with psychological difficulties that would make it hard to follow the trial's requirements
  • People who are known to be allergic to temozolomide or chemically similar drugs
  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial
