Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are over 18 years old at the time of signing the consent form
• People who have been diagnosed with a type of cancer affecting the mouth, throat, voice box, nose or sinuses, salivary glands, or skin of the face or neck (confirmed by a lab test)
• People who have had surgery aimed at curing their cancer, with or without additional treatments such as radiation or chemotherapy, and with or without reconstructive surgery
• People who finished their main cancer treatment no more than 12 months before joining the study, and at least 6 weeks before joining — note that being on additional immunotherapy after the main treatment does not disqualify someone
• People who are free of cancer at the time of joining the trial (having certain slow-growing or low-risk conditions, such as some skin cancers, low-risk thyroid cancer, or untreated low-risk prostate cancer, would not automatically prevent someone from joining — confirm with trial site)
• People who do not have any major head or neck surgery planned during the study period, as determined by the treating surgeon
• People who are willing to be randomly assigned to either of the two programs being studied
• People who score 22 or above on a questionnaire called the IMAGE-HN (confirm with trial site for details on this assessment)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are not able to speak or read English
• People who are currently receiving ongoing psychological therapy for any condition and are not willing to pause that therapy for the duration of the trial
• People living with a severe mental illness that would prevent them from taking part in the trial
