Who might be able to join this trial:

  • (Phase 1 only) You have been diagnosed with a solid tumor cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.

  • You have had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, or major surgery within the past 4 weeks (or longer, depending on the specific treatment).
  • You have received a large amount of radiation to your bone marrow or widespread radiation therapy within the past 4 weeks (or 2 weeks for palliative/pain-relief radiation).
  • You have taken traditional Chinese herbal medicine for cancer treatment within the past week.
  • You have received a live vaccine within the past 4 weeks.
  • You are currently in another clinical trial or have received an experimental treatment within the past 4 weeks (or longer, depending on the treatment).
  • You still have significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment that have not resolved.
  • You have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and is causing worsening neurological symptoms.
  • You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past 5 years.
  • You have a history of serious heart disease.
  • You have active hepatitis B, active hepatitis C, or HIV.
  • You have active lung inflammation or lung disease that requires treatment.
  • You have fluid build-up around your lungs, abdomen, or heart that is not well controlled.
  • You have a condition that seriously affects your ability to swallow or absorb medication through your digestive system.
  • You have taken certain strong medications that affect how the body processes drugs (strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers) within the past 2 weeks, or proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole) within the past week (confirm with trial site).
