Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and teenagers aged 10 to 18 years who have received a heart transplant
- At least 6 months must have passed since the heart transplant
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not speak English, as communication during the exercise sessions is required
- People whose home does not have enough space to fit the exercise bike system used in the trial
- People who have received more than one organ transplant
- People who do not have an adult available to supervise the home exercise sessions
- People who have had a rejection episode (where the body has reacted against the transplanted heart) within the 3 months before the start of the trial
- People who have previously taken part in a heart rehabilitation or structured exercise program
- People whose heart specialist has advised against exercise or placed exercise restrictions on them

- People whose blood oxygen level at rest is below 85%, or who require supplemental oxygen
- People whose most recent heart ultrasound showed moderate or worse weakness in the heart's pumping function
- People with a history of chest pain during physical activity
- People who have a heart defect that has not been surgically treated or managed
- People who have had heart rhythm problems in the past year, including certain types of fast or irregular heartbeats (confirm with trial site)
- People with noticeable symptoms affecting daily activity due to heart problems (confirm with trial site)
- People with a current illness that would limit their ability to take part
- People with a cognitive or thinking difficulty that would make communication during the exercise program difficult
- People with a physical condition unrelated to the heart, or a condition present from birth, that limits their ability to exercise
