Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have had a tissue biopsy confirming their diagnosis
• People whose cancer has not spread to the skin
• People whose cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes, but only if those lymph nodes are limited to the groin and pelvis area
• People between the ages of 20 and 80
• People who are reasonably active and able to carry out daily activities (as measured by a standard medical scale called ECOG, scoring 0–2) (confirm with trial site)
• People who have no signs of cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body
• People whose cancer is at least 5 mm away from the rectum and bladder wall
• People who have not previously received radiation therapy
• People who are willing and able to give written consent to participate
• People who are able to understand what the trial involves and what it means for them
• People who have had molecular and genetic testing done on their cancer (confirm with trial site)
• People who have had standard tests done to determine the current stage of their disease

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a hip replacement, metal implants, or any other condition that would prevent clear medical imaging needed to plan treatment
• People with psychological or other conditions that would prevent them from giving informed consent
• People who have previously had another cancer, unless they have been free of that cancer for at least 3 years
• People who are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
