- You are a new patient being seen at the specialist centre from 2021 onwards, or you are an existing patient still being actively followed up at the hospital with a diagnosis going back no further than 2018

Treatment response expressed as a complete response; partial response; stable disease; progression based on clinical judgment on imaging.; Incidence of cancer treatment adverse events as assessed by Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE); Percentage of patients with surgical complications as assessed by the Clavien-Dindo Classification; Percentage of patients treated according to clinical practice guidelines for head and neck cancer
