• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are fluent in English

For online surveys (healthcare providers):

• You are a primary care provider or navigator at one of the participating clinics
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are fluent in English

Who may not be able to join:

For patients (main study):

• You do not speak English
• You have a personal history of lung cancer
• You have already had a lung cancer screening scan in the past 12 months
• Your doctor has determined that certain health conditions make you a poor candidate for treatment
• You are unable to give informed consent to participate

For healthcare staff (interviews and surveys):

• You are unable to give informed consent to participate
• You are currently pregnant
