Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75 years, of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with acral melanoma (a type of melanoma found on the hands, feet, or nails) at Stage II or III, confirmed by a tissue biopsy
- People who have not yet received any drug-based cancer treatment
- People whose cancer can be measured using standard imaging criteria (known as RECIST 1.1)
- People who are fully active or have only minor restrictions on physical activity (this is measured using a standard scale called ECOG, scores 0–1)
- People whose organs (such as liver, kidneys, and blood cells) are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements
- People who are expected to live for more than 12 weeks
- People who have provided written consent to participate in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently receiving, or have previously received, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy
- People with a known allergic reaction to any of the trial drugs: apatinib, temozolomide, or camrelizumab
- People who have, or have previously had, another type of cancer — except for certain skin cancers (basal cell carcinoma) or early-stage cervical cancer that has been fully treated and cured
- People with an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) or a history of such a condition
- People with serious or unstable health conditions, including uncontrolled infection, uncontrolled diabetes, unstable chest pain, recent stroke or mini-stroke, recent heart attack, heart failure, serious irregular heartbeat, or significant liver, kidney, or metabolic disease
- People who have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before the first dose of the trial medication
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People considered unsuitable for the trial by the lead doctor or treating physician
