Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
• You are between 20 and 65 years old.
• You have been diagnosed with either Relapsing-Remitting MS (a form of MS with flare-ups) or Secondary Progressive MS (a form that gradually worsens), with recent confirmed disease activity such as relapses or changes seen on brain scans.
• Your MS was diagnosed between 2 and 15 years ago, and your level of disability (measured by a standard MS scale) falls within a specific range (confirm with trial site).
• Your blood clotting function is within an acceptable range based on blood tests.
• Your MS has continued to worsen or show activity despite taking at least one standard MS medication (such as Interferon-β, Copaxone, Tecfidera, Aubagio, Gilenya, Zeposia, Mavenclad, Mayzent, Kesimpta, or Tysabri) for more than 6 months.
• If you could potentially become pregnant or father a child, you must be willing to use appropriate contraception for at least 4 weeks after receiving the treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or are unwilling to use effective contraception for 4 weeks before and after the treatment.
• You have diabetes that is not well controlled (confirm with trial site for specific blood sugar levels).
• Your liver or kidney function is significantly below normal levels based on blood tests.
• You are unable to have a brain MRI scan for any reason.
• You have a history of or currently have cancer, nerve damage outside the brain and spinal cord, muscle disease, or another significant neurological condition other than MS.
• You have a weakened immune system, another significant autoimmune condition besides MS, or have taken immune-suppressing medications (other than MS treatments) within the last 6 months.
• You currently have an active infection that requires treatment with medication taken throughout your body (such as antibiotics).
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental treatment within the last month.
• You have received certain chemotherapy-type medications within the last month.
• You have had an MS relapse (flare-up) within the last month before receiving the study treatment.
• You have received anti-CD20 therapy, such as rituximab (a specific type of immune treatment).
• The trial doctor does not consider you suitable to participate for any other medical reason.
