  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Gaucher disease, or you are a healthy person willing to participate as a control.

Who may not be able to join:

  • If blood samples are being collected for this study: you have a blood clotting disorder or another health condition that makes blood collection more risky for you.
  • For all sample collections: you are unwilling or unable to follow the safety rules set by the research organisation (NYSCF) or the collection site.
  • For all sample collections: you have been diagnosed with AIDS and have a CD4 count (a measure of immune system cells) of fewer than 200 cells per microlitre of blood, due to a higher risk of infection.
