• People with significant heart disease, heart failure, serious heart muscle disease, a heart attack within the last 6 months, or a high risk of dangerous irregular heart rhythms.
• People with chronic inflammatory conditions of the digestive tract.
• People with a current acute (sudden and active) infectious illness.
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People with serious physical or mental health conditions, or other circumstances, that may prevent them from following the trial schedule and requirements.
