Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with a low-grade brain tumour (Grade I or II) located in the brainstem or the upper part of the brain, confirmed by a biopsy (or, for those with a condition called NF1, by the typical appearance of the tumour on scans).
• People whose tumour measures at least 1 cm x 1 cm on an MRI scan.
• People who are already scheduled to receive systemic (whole-body) treatment for their low-grade brain tumour.

• People who are aged between 1 and 21 years old at the time of registration.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who, in their doctor's opinion, would not be able to tolerate the imaging procedures required by the trial.
• People who are pregnant.
• People who weigh less than 8 kilograms.
• People who cannot avoid being in contact with a pregnant woman or an infant for at least 12 hours after receiving the trial injection.
• People who have a history of abnormal kidney function, or whose kidney function test results are significantly outside the normal range at the time of registration.
• People whose tumour started in the spinal cord.
