Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- You are male or female, aged 20 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called lung adenocarcinoma, confirmed by examining tumor tissue.
- Your lung cancer has been classified as stage IA, IB, II, or IIIA based on a standard cancer staging system (8th Edition guidelines).

Who may not be able to join:
- Your lung cancer did not start originally in the lung (i.e., it spread from another part of the body).
- After surgery, your cancer stage was found to be something other than IA, IB, II, or IIIA.
- You have another type of cancer that is not currently under control.
- You have another serious illness (such as uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or an active infection) that has not been well managed (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently pregnant.
- You have any other condition that could put you at serious risk, affect the study results, or make it difficult for you to fully participate in the trial (confirm with trial site).
